We harvest our vine tomatoes with 5 or 6 tomatoes on the vine, just at the right time of ripening. Thanks to the medium-high brix value, this tomato has a nice balance between freshness and sweetness.
Favorite of our Karolina: A real all-rounder! Delicious in a fresh salad, on a sandwich or in a hot dish, this tomato makes every dish that little bit tastier.'

Ajara is thereby our newest brand name, marketing various types of tomatoes, such as vine and cherry tomatoes, as well as Coeur de Boeuf. Moreover, everything comes from our own cultivation, entirely according to the principles of our family tradition.
In addition, like our other brands (Roma, Umami and Autenta), this brand falls under the Taste of Tradition label of Wim Peters Kwekerijen
