Flammkuchen
with tomatoes
Step 1
Heat the oven according to the package and roll out the dough with the baking paper rolled along directly on the baking sheet. Cut it into strips of about 3cm;
Step 2
Brush the dough with crème fraîche;
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half and spread them over the dough;
Step 4
Bake the dough in the oven according to the package;
Step 5
Garnish the flammkuchen with serrano ham, arugula, salt and pepper.
