The taste of
Mini plum
This crisp tomato is a real favorite with our customers, and rightfully so. Available in shades from deep red to warm orange, it makes for a color bomb in dishes.
Combine these plum tomatoes for a fresh touch in salads, bowls or hot dishes. But you can also eat them as a loose and healthy snack: that you eat right out of the fist.
Specifications
about this tomato
The mini plum tomato is small, but immediately stands out for its flavor. Weighing 10-15 grams per tomato and 12-14 tomatoes on a vine, it not only looks beautiful, it is delicious to eat. Firm, juicy and just big enough for one bite.
What makes this tomato really special is its high brix content. Depending on the season and growing conditions, it is between 7.5 and 10, which provides a natural sweetness and a full tomato flavor. Not a watery tomato, but one with a great taste.
Thanks to its firm structure, the mini plum tomato keeps its shape and is versatile: perfect for salads, pastas, oven dishes or just like that, straight off the vine. A tomato that is not only tasty, but also looks attractive on the plate.
