The nice weather is coming again and that means BBQ'ing! This pasta salad is great for in between. This dish is a great base, try adding some tuna, bacon or chicken for extra flavor!
Pasta salad
with mini cherry vine tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1:
Cook the fusilli. Drain it and rinse it cold under the tap. Drain it well.
Step 2:
Halve the mini cherry vine tomatoes and chop the mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 3:
Toast the pine nuts.
Step 4:
Mix the fusilli with pesto and spoon in the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
Step 5:
Divide among plates and sprinkle with pine nuts, Italian herbs, pepper and salt to taste.
