Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the onion and garlic. Then put 150 grams of tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Then roast the tomatoes in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the rest of the tomatoes into four quarters. Cut the onion into small cubes and the garlic into thin slices. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over low heat. Then gently fry the onion, red pepper and garlic in the oil until tender without browning. Add the oregano and fry for one minute. Add the tomato sauce and simmer gently for five minutes.
Step 3
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until tender according to the directions on the package. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, along with the tomato segments. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Divide the pasta between two plates. Spoon the roasted tomatoes over this. In the center, place the burrata on top and add a little salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve the pasta and enjoy!
