For goat cheese lovers, this dish is a real must! If you don't like goat cheese, this recipe can also be made with mozzarella.

Savory tomato tarts
with goat cheese
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and lay out the slices of puff pastry to thaw.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and stir in the cottage cheese and Pecorino.
Step 3
Add half of the goat cheese and stir to loosen. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
Step 4
Fill the baking tins with puff pastry. Prick holes in the dough with a fork. Spread the reserved goat cheese over the tarts and pour the egg mixture over it.
Step 5
Place a cluster of 5 to 6 tomatoes in each tartlet. Finally, grate some Pecorino on top.
Step 6
Bake the tarts for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven until cooked and golden brown.
