Our bell pepper tomatoes are becoming increasingly popular! No better reason for a delicious recipe with these special tomatoes.

TIP: Delicious with a salad or freshly cooked vegetables.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Make 2 clusters of 5 or 6 tomatoes and separate the remaining tomatoes from the cluster. Spread the olive oil over the baking dish and place the tomatoes in it.

Step 3

Crush 4 cloves of garlic with skin in your hand and place them in the baking dish. Place some parsley and basil in the baking dish. Let the tomatoes grill in the oven for 15 minutes so that the tomatoes tear out of their skins.

Step 4

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions and grate the cheese.

Step 5

Cut the loose tomatoes in half, leaving the tomatoes on the sprig. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop it finely.

Step 6

Add the sliced tomatoes, garlic and half of the cheese to the pasta and distribute the oil from the baking dish to the pasta.

Step 7

Divide pasta among deep plates and garnish with vine tomatoes, remaining cheese, parsley and basil.
